Lloyd Pendleton Homeless Expert Speaking in Chico

Lloyd Pendleton, renowned for his success in addressing the problem of chronic homelessness in Utah, comes to Butte County to speak for World Homeless Day. Two public events, both free and both to include a time for questions:

MONDAY, OCT 10, 1-3 pm at Bidwell Presbyterian Church, 208 W. First St. in Chico; and

TUESDAY, OCT 11, 5-7:30 pm at Southside Oroville Community Center, 2959 Lower Wyandotte Rd.
