Good Food Now Project comes to Subud Hall

The Good Food Now Project presents a community mixer on Friday, January 31st from 6:30pm - 8:30pm at Subud Hall. This event is free and families are welcome. There will be fresh food and fun activities for children. At this event you will have the opportunity to meet your neighbors, learn about local food resources and services, and share you hope for the community.

Good Food Now! project is sponsored by the Love Chapmantown Community Coalition and is funded by the Cultivating Community Advocates' Food Security Competitive Grant Program. These mini-grants are part of a 2012 Specialty Crop Block Grant from the CDFA.

Cultivating Community North Valley is supported by a 2011 Specialty Crop Block Grant from the California Department of Food & Agriculture awarded to the Chico State University Chico Research Foundation, directed by Dr. Lee Altier.
