Chico Area Interfaith Council - "Exists to strengthen bonds among faith groups in service to the community. Chico Homeless Animal Outreach - "The specific purpose of this organization is to promote the well-being of companion animals belonging to people in Chico who live on the streets, are homeless, or seeking emergency shelter, by providing foster care, spaying and neutering, vaccinations, other necessary medical care."
Chico Velo - "Chico Velo works very hard to advocate and educate our community and beyond about the benefits and joys of bicycling and non motorized means of transportation."
Computers for Classrooms - "CFC offers low-cost systems to schools, non-profits, and low-income families."
Groundwater for Butte - "The groundwater belongs to the public and must be managed transparently by publicly elected authorities - not privatized as a "water bank."
