Catalyst Domestic Violence services is promoting the Youth Empowered Leadership Conference at the Chico Boys and Girl’s Club. The free one-day conference for ages 13-18 will run from 11 AM – 5 PM, followed by a free dinner and dance at 5:30. Prizes, t-shirts, workshops, lunch and snacks, speakers, and more will be included.
