Fireworks are back on Lake Oroville. Thanks to the Oroville Rotary Club, there will be a free fireworks display on the 4th at approximately 9:30 PM. Viewing will be held on top of the Lake Oroville Dam, and a portion of the upper overlook parking lot will be reserved for veterans.
